Eric & Heather Wesch

A brief Biography...

Love at first sight...

We met in Cheers Sports Bar and Grill in Mandarin circa, March 2001. I was a patron, she brought me BEER!!! It was a match made in heaven... For me anyway!

Courtship...

After several months of dating, Heather invited me to move into her apartment in Orange Park. After living in sin for a couple more months, I decided to make an honest woman out of her (and remove the burden from her parents). During this time, we also ventured to Montana for several days so I could meet the Hensel family at Heather's brother's wedding.

Engagement...

I devised a plan to propose to Heather in late January, 2002, during a combined birthday party for Pops (my Father), Hannah (my Niece), Pete (Heather's Father) and Karen (Heather's Mother). We planned a long engagement, during which time we purchased our first home in Mandarin.

Wedding...

On April 5th, 2003, Heather and I were married under the oak tree canopy on the front grounds of the St. Augustine Lighthouse.

Honeymoon...

On April 7th we were off to the Sandals Halcyon resort in sunny St.Lucia. St.Lucia is one of the southern most islands in the West Indies. We spent 8 days and 7 nights drinking, eating, and playing life-sized chess... did I mention DRINKING???

Life as D.I.N.K.'s...

Dual Income No Kids... We played for several years, spending most of our earnings on the house, its contents, and some REALLY COOL TOYS.

Vacations...

September 2004 - Napa Valley Wine Tour and Lassen National Park in Northern California January 2006 - Whistler Blackcomb Ski Trip with Eric and Jen, in Whistler, BC, just north of Vancouver. I know, it doesn't seem like much, but paying for our home and toys took priority over everything else. We didn't have much time away from work.

New Addition...

Just before our ski trip in Whistler, we found out we were pregnant. We are currently awaiting the arrival of Savana Paige Wesch. She is expected to make her debut in early September.

She's Here...

At 4:55pm on Labor Day, September 4th, Savana arrived. After just 10 minutes of pushing, Heather gave birth to a 7 lb. 12 oz., 20 1/2 in. long, bundle of joy. Keep an eye on her web page (see link in "New Addition...") for pictures and news updates.
